Sunday was a quiet day. I readied five songs for a netlabel release. A nice fellow from Scotland created a great EP cover for the release, and another great fellow from Missouri is handling the release. My visit to Weight Watchers was suitably post-Thanksgiving, with an unwanted increase in evidence of 3.8 pounds. I suspect gingerbread as one culprit.I walked at Bethany Lakes Park yesterday, where the wind was chlly and seagulls flew.
