Today the overcast, misty day was accompanied by light ash from the fires 100 miles to our west. At lunch I went for a Firehouse sub, and stopped by Springfield Park to see the progress on my favorite yellow wildflower field. Tonight I went to the Salvation Army for the free legal clinic. Every one of my clients showed insight and a bit of nobility in struggling with everyday, vexing problems. Secrets are banal, so I won't share their secrets. But I was glad to share their strength.
I've gotten a lot done this week, but I want to make Friday sing like a cathedral chorus.
