surf faith

Tonight we splurged a bit. We went to the Gold Star Cinema--the one where one pays a premium to sit in reclining, individualized seats where people wait on one. We saw "Soul Surfer". We really enjoyed this movie. My wife loves surfing footage, and the story's vim, vigor and spiritual bent all worked very well.
The story reminded me of how fortunate I am, and also of how quickly fortunes change.

The good fellow who runs Acts of Silence posted a favorable review of my Summer 2010 release "Butterflies of North Texas", which
gave me a buoyant feeling.

We finished our evening with frozen yogurt and a good mood.
