I was able to organize something easily.
I picked up my dry-cleaning at 6.
Freshly cleaned shirts make me feel in control of my life.
When I arrived at home, a box from zappos.com awaited. Inside I found my new hiking shoes--Merrell Armadillos. I owned a pair of Merrell shoes for years in Los Angeles.
They were like a part of my life. I rarely see them in stores in my size.
I decided to find them on-line.
Now I own the stately armadillo style. They feel great.
We dined at Samui Thai, where we each had the salmon special.
We decided to look into South Dakota after all for a brief trip.
We went to Red Mango, where the frozen yogurt is real as opposed to less real.
I had key lime pie flavored yogurt, topped with graham cracker dust.
We stopped in a cool jeans store to get a niece a gift.
The woman who ran the store was a pleasing asynchronous combination of 60s love child and 70s sorority girl, though I'd guess her age put her closer to the 80s era.
We started to watch an amusing French film with subtitles, but soon my wife, who has not slept well this week, tired of the film. We'll watch it tomorrow.
My new postal chess games are getting under way in good order, but for one opponent, who has not yet moved.
I have a bit of work to do this weekend but will enjoy it nonetheless. I thought about moths that look like bumblebees and fractals.
