east texas bound

I hit the road at 6.30 a.m. to drive 2 hours 50 minutes to a court hearing in east Texas. I drove by a factory which looked like this:

factory, east texas winter morning

After my hearing, I drove back to my office. I stopped at a Dickey's BBQ for lunch. I saw lots of hawks, perched hither and thither on wires and lines. It's too early for wildflowers. A radio station played old-time country music, and a classical station played Henry Cowell. I saw one sign for an Old Time Gospel concert and another sign that said something along the lines of Exit now for Guns!
