blue reflections

Today I walked under sunny skies by little park lakes, where the park ducks and geese were joined by a flock of wood ducks, which I surmise are already making their way south. Starlings are on the wing, great masses of aviary aviation, landing on corn and wheat fields, and then moving on south. Today I spent a quiet day. Tonight I will do a little work. Last night we dined with friends at the coffee shop Cafe Brazil, where the oatmeal and scrambled eggs proved entirely satisfactory. My friend Scott showed me how Pandora.com has far more features than the last time I used it. Perhaps I will begin to use it again.
