cold Thursdays

This morning I went to the doctor's office, where a stop on the scales reminded me of how much I want to exercise five times a week and not two. When I drove back to my office, the voice on the radio told me it was only 36 degrees, with no prospect of warmer weather until Sunday.

One of my law partners and I went to Rancho del Tortillera for Mexican food. They make wonderful soft corn tortillas there. I worked hard today, drafting briefs, and participating in long telephone calls.

I cannot believe tomorrow is Friday. This week flew by.
