Wednesday, Thursday and Friday were good workday.  Thursday night I went to the Garland Legal Clinic run by the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.  It was a busy evening. Friday night the heavy rain came. We went to dinner at Silver Thai. Part of Central Expressway was closed due to flooding. My weather app described conditions as "ponding".

Saturday I walked in the rain in the morning. In the afternoon, I watched the Gregory Peck movie "Captain Horatio Hornblower, R.N.". When the rain stopped, I took Beatrice for a walk.  She likes a walk.

My step counting app re-set recently.  When this happens, it first freezes. Then, when it begins again, it counts less steps, I am not sure why it is step-stingy on re-use.

The rain has been incessant.

I reached out to my brother today, as it is his birthday. We dined tonight at Ana Donamaria, where the chicken enchiladas were served suiza style.

We rented "Destination Wedding" with Keanu Reeves and Winono Ryder. It's a good movie.
