Autumn sets in

I walked at lunch in Heritage Park. A Loggerhead Shrike in a tree carried a tiny frog in its beak. I saw my first Eastern Meadowlarks of the Autumn.

I must rise early tomorrow for a business trip.  The weather is cooler. I feel better but not perfect.

I got some good news, some unwelcome news, and noticed something that I wanted to notice, and fix.

breakfast: purple corn flakes and skim milk
lunch: 2 slices pepperoni pizza, dill pickles and carrots
dinner: chicken pho and a summer roll
