Sunday I got up early and drove to Bob Sandlin State Park. This northeast Texas park is in a wooded area. I watched bluebirds, robins and yellow-rumped warblers in the cold.
I drove back an alternative route. I went through Winnsboro, where I got stopped for speeding. I got off with a warning. I was not much above the speed limit.

I went to Weight Watchers and then walked in Shawnee Park in Plano. I saw yellow-rumped warblers. DSCF2343

I also saw a Northern Mockingbird in my back yard.

I fell asleep at 7 p.m., out of a combination of weariness, a trace of unwellness, and a need to get up at 3:30 a.m.

I made my wake-up time and my early morning Monday flight to Austin. I had my meeting in the morning and my meeting in the afternoon. I caught a flight back home at the end of the day. I tried to stop at a doc-in-a-box, but the wait was 2 and 1/2 hours, so I went home.

Today a heavy rain fell. I am now 2,450 words into my 50,000 word November novel.
I took pictures of bluebirds, an American kestrel and a common grackle.

Today I went to my doctor about a bit of a thing and the doctor and his nurse fixed me without the need for medicine, hassle or lectures.
