daisy louise groundsel

I like the way that little yellow wildflowers have very individual names. One is a "daisy". Another is an "aster". Yet another goes by the imposing name "groundsel". People, too, have great names. My first and middle name are Robert and Howard. An old friend had Timothy and Dana, while another old friend had Gerald and Eugene. A lot of women near my age were caught up in a vogue for the middle name "Louise", though that vogue did not last longer than a few foreign films' memory. I'm all in favor of all this naming--and all in favor of little yellow Spring wildflowers.
