Sister Grove Snow 016

Bye, bye snow.
Bye, bye Winter-ness
Hello, Springtime fest.
The blooming time is nigh.

after the snow departed

The day proved warmer but quite windy. The chill radiated through me. The snow largely melted. We dined on tilapia and angel food cake. Last night, we rented and enjoyed the movie "Whip It". I like film work by the actress Ellen Page and the musician/actress Juliette Lewis. My friend Lucas Gonze posted samples from a circa 1900 Fairbanks mandolin.
I hope to create music with them. I thought about crayons and chickadees. I drank pineapple/orange juice.
I bought a small box of 2 chocolates and a card. The day began with fog and ended with overcast skies. I like the recording of Cyndi Lauper's "True Colors" by Caroline Herring. The chill in the air pervades.
