Walking in the parks

Sunday I watched continuing legal education seminars. I walked in Glendover Park, on the Watters Branch Trail, and in Green Park. I listened to a podcast in which a Guardian writer wrote about the stereotypical Essex Man. We ate a chili that was not like a Texas chili at all, but something more northern or more Colorado. I like my chili to be spiced like a Texas chili, but to include beans. Texas chili purists disfavor beans.

I attended a virtual WW meeting, where I reflected on the value of good sleep. I heard from a cousin of another cousin who got Covid-19 but fortunately appears not badly affected. The weather is chilly in the morning and pleasant in the afternoon, which is good mid-November weather.

Today I worked a solid day. I may watch more legal education seminars tonight. I will read a few more pages of the Father Brown stories I am re-reading.
