November Lavon

I did a bit of work this morning. I watched a bit of the television show about Texas state parks. The episode concerned mountain bikes. I took Beatrice for a walk She walks for a few house-lengths these days, but she enjoys it. I crossed the street with her to make way for neighbors walking by, and somehow dropped my cell phone in the grass. I came back and found it later.

I walked on the south Cottonbelt Greenbelt  I saw ten species of bird, including a Brown Creeper, my first this year. This brought my Collin County count up to 95 for 2020.  I also drove down to Brockdale Park by Lake Lavon. Clouds filled the sky. Wind blew. The weather was overall warm. I took pictures of Autumn grasses, and watched Franklin's Gulls and Forster's Terns fly by.

We watched the first episode of "The Queen's Gambit" tonight. We may watch another episode, as it is quite good.  We ate chicken enchiladas for dinner from Rosa's Cafe.
