Walks and a bit of work

Sunday I walked in Green Park first thing in the morning. I saw a crow flying, carrying a mouse in its beak.

I attended my Weight Watchers meeting via Zoom. I was up a bit, but still within the zone that my doctor set for me. I walked for two hours on the Cottonwood Creek Trail, where I saw some 12 species of bird and saw a Four-Spotted Pennant Dragonfly. In the evening, I got some work done. I read more of Sofia Samatar's "A Stranger in Olondria", which I enjoy. I listened to Gretchen Rubin's and Elizabeth Craft's "Happier" podcast, which featured an interview with the writer Ann Patchett. I listened to the Ubuntu Podcast, which discussed favorite gadgets. I wrote in to the show with one of my favorite gadgets. In the evening I got a bit more work done. We also watched an episode of Endeavor that it turned out we had already seen.
