New residents

Yesterday when  I walked around the pond in our neighboring Glendover Park, I saw two new domestic ducks were at the pond. I prefer wild ducks, so I was sorry to see someone had left domestic mallards there. But tonight I saw something that concerned me a bit more. The ducks are a bit young to be on their own. They are not little ducklings, but they are not full grown, either. Though I wish they were not there, now I will hope for them to thrive, because they deserve a break.

I find myself quite busy again this week. It is probably good to be busy.
