Salmonflies

Work keeps me busy. At lunch I walked in Salmon Park and took pictures of dragonflies--Widow Skimmers and a Neon Skimmer. After work, I went to the Allen City Hall. I stood in a line in which some effort was made to socially distance, and in which all wore masks without complaint. I cast my votes in the Democratic primary run-off.

We had pasta for dinner. When I walked in Glendover Park, I saw a Green Heron. I started another three-day game of chess on chess.com against an opponent from Canada. My puzzle rating at chess.com is up to 1830, but it is rather variable. My blitz chess rating on chess.com is at 1439.  I won most of my games against a chess bot at blitz. But I should have won more games.

I enjoy the book "Not Quite Lost" by Roz Morris.
