several days

Sunday I walked on the Chisholm Trail off Rainier Drive. I saw migrating Northern Rough-Winged Swallows. I was down a bit at Weight Watchers.  Sunday afternoon I listened to sports on a portable radio while I walked in Story Park. I liked seeing Monarch butterflies in the Pat's Garden section.  I got my car inspected. I got some paperwork done. I watched a television show. Monday I saw Eastern Bluebirds and House 'Finches. Tuesday I saw a Belted Kingfisher in Suncreek Park. Wednesday I saw a Red-Tailed Hawk in Travis Farm Park.

My favorite new television show is "Manifest". I like lightly salted rice cakes. I look forward to taking a walk tomorrow. The controversy about the United States Supreme Court has held my interest.  Tonight I ate steak and vegetables at Firewater. We visited a cool new store operated by local charity Allen Community Outlet.  The Mallard Ducks returned to Glendover Pond but not the American Coot. I need to tidy up for our niece's arrival next week. Some days I feel energized, and some days I feel less energized.
