back to normal-ish

The temperature remains a bit below the normal-still quite warm, but no longer record highs. When I walk in the local park, things seem quiet. It is good to have hot water again at home. At work, we moved one office over. I like the new office, though Tuesday I had a bit of trouble when I called out via long distance. The issue arose with some numbers but not with others. The Frontier telephone service will have to sort that out.
My wife made scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon this morning. We rarely have hot breakfast. I usually have a bowl of cold cereal or oatmeal, or a Nutri-Grain bar if I am in a hurry. As I eat breakfast, I slip Beatrice tiny milk bones by placing them on my knee. It's our morning ritual.
