Trip to Austin and Back and so on

Sunday the weather proved very hot.

Sunday afternoon I drove to Austin on a business trip.  The weather was a bit hot in Austin, but less hot than the 110 degrees I left behind in Allen. I ate dinner at a place called Longhorn Steakhouse, where I had sirloin, shrimp and broccoli.

Sunday evening I watched Endeavor on PBS and fell asleep early.

My business in downtown Austin wrapped up a bit after 12:30 p.m. My drive to Garland, which should have taken 3 hours, took 4.3 hours or so.

I was trapped in a jam in Waco. The temperature at Waco Monday hit 114 degrees.

This morning the temperature was positively affected by a cold front, and only hit 99 degrees F.

We are moving our office one door over at work. I was impressed with how smoothly it seems to be going.

I installed the Stitcher app and used its search engine to sort out how many podcasts used my songs. I found roughly a dozen.

I ate dinner at Tian An Mien Wok,. My wife is out of town on business.

I am sitting home in my easy chair while the movie "Elf" is on television.
