a second spring warbler

Today proved warm like late May instead of mid-March. I went with my law partner to Gloria's for lunch, where we each had a large bowl of chicken soup. I went with my wife to a new Mexican Grill, Cheda's, near our home. I had a really good set of lettuce tacos with chicken.

The sports team from my alma mater got upset in the first round of the NCAA basketball tournament, losing to the Butler Bulldogs.

I walked in Crowley Park in Richardson after work. I saw my first Black-and-White Warbler of the year. I usually see these migrants on their way through each Spring. They are hard to miss, because they live up to their name.

I want to get a few practical things done this weekend. I have been productive lately on the weekend. I want this to be no exception to the rule. I'd like to make music, too, using near random software and odd little sounds.
