In the morning, I walked in the cold on the Chisholm Trail, I lost a touch of weight at Weight Watchers--about 2/10ths of pound. During my trip to Los Angeles, my records got duplicated or some such. Today the little printout said I had lost 99.2 pounds this week, but in fact I have lost 99 pounds since 2005.
After Weight Watchers, I walked around the pond in Russell Creek Park. It was very cold. I went to church at Suncreek United Methodist. I ate catfish at Chicken Express.
In the afternoon, I walked in Glendover Park again. I saw a Cedar Waxwing flying swiftly, followed by a Cooper's Hawk. I thought that the hawk was faster and likely to catch the little Waxwing. But somehow the Waxwing veered down into the bushes behind a home. Soon the hawk went to hunt elsewhere.
Winter weather is predicted for tomorrow night. We'll see. We watched two episodes of the second series of "Victoria". It's an interesting era of history.
