house cleaning

I walked at lunch to Potbelly. I read a good article in Newsweek about the paradox that is Fox News.

Today Matt Lauer and Garrison Keillor were fired from their jobs for odd conduct.

We are nearly through chapter 1 of this episode of truth being revealed, but the next 11 chapters look to me to just be beginning.

cereal and skim milk
turkey sandwich and baked chips
pork loin, sweet potato and salad
