1/4 sci-fi and blustery days

Last night's storms missed us, but wreaked havoc in Canton, the huge-flea-market town an hour east. This morning high winds and cooler temperatures reigned. I walked for forty five minutes early this morning. I ate three soft tacos for lunch, which fit well with the "fruitful o's" and skim milk I had for breakfast.  I walked a bit in Green Park and took Beatrice for a walk in Glendover Park. She liked the cooler weather. I went to church but did not stay for the special lunch gathering to talk again about the new building renovations.

I was down 1.2 pounds for the week. In the afternoon, I read my science fiction novel, reaching the 1/4 mark after reading this weekend. Tonight I ate leftover chicken and potatoes and watched "call the midwife" I am glad my wife is getting over her cold.
