Tuesday evening we ate sandwiches. I found myself angry about something not very important. I had not been angry in some time. I was perhaps tired after walking on a hot day. I also felt badly about a careless comment I made.

Wednesday I worked late-ish but then we ate Sockeye Salmon and potatoes.
