rainy singing

I set out early this morning to Lake Lavon, but did not find much there to interest me, other than four migrating Laughing Gulls. At Bethany Lakes Park I watched a Downy Woodpecker and a Belted Kingfisher. I took Beatrice for a morning walk, which she quite enjoyed. At lunch I ate broccoli beef, string bean chicken and mixed vegetables. A rain began to fall. I drove by Oak Point Park and took photos of a Northern Mockingbird which was singing.

I watched sports on television. I tinkered with the desktop computer I bricked last year, declared the task beyond me, and then began installing an operating system on a spare computer I bought on eBay inexpensively.

I wrote an email in response to a charming bit of fan email about my music. The writer had some cool digital art that I reviewed as I wrote.

My wife is watching the World Series. I get up early tomorrow for work.
