Flash Flood Warning

The TV screen is filled with county after county being added to and subtracted from the flash flood warning. The streets are rivulets, though no
real danger here in suburbia. This is the time of year when we realize why all our north Texas trickle-creeks have such wide banks--it could be life on the Mississippi under one bridge I drove over today.
