eastern bluebird on a post 9 24 2014

I wonder if the three new staff members at the local sandwich shop rather than the two owner-operators means that the sandwich place changed hands. Time will tell. Tonight the park was filled with eastern bluebirds and house finches. Both are year-round birds here, but in September their cousins from the north migrate through heading to more southern places. Similarly, these birds will be here until November, but seem more profuse now:
