Christmas night we went at 5 p.m. to a small but stylish Mediterranean cafe in Addison called Canary by Gorji. We dined on a fine three course meal. The turkey was done as a grilled item, in a steak-like form, for which we were provided with pomegranate sauce. I like working on the day after Christmas. It's quiet and productive.
