My young friend and I started out day with breakfast at Market Street. Then we hiked in Breckinridge Park. In the park, little Rowlett Creek was swollen due to recent rains.
My camera SD card ran out of room just as I had a set of ducklings in focus.
We went to various shops in the Firewheel region of Barnes & Noble, to Half Price Books, to Best Buy, to World Market and to a cell phone store called Cell Phone Store. We ate grilled catfish at a Cheddar's Cafe for lunch.
We drank hot teas at Firewheel Coffee, and worked on installing new software on his computer.
After I dropped him off, I went to Bethany Lakes Park and took pictures of waterfowl.
My wife and I dined at Swarat Indian restaurant and then settled down to enjoy the video of the movie "Trouble with the Curve". All in all, I liked today.
