egg hunts

I like working on Good Friday. I felt productive all day. The phone rang only with calls I wanted to receive. I walked in the park at noon, where groups of schoolchildren walked in unison and had Easter egg hunts. I saw the kestrel pair, lingering in mid-air, enjoying the thermal winds.

I was delighted to find that my father was released from the hospital, at least one day sooner than I had thought would be the case. The weather is warm with a hint of threatened rain. Tomorrow is Saturday!
