I saw a blue jay on a white wooden fence. I took five pictures, and then went in and met with
folks to help them take the next step in seeking volunteers to help them.
I finished the early days of James Herriott book-on-CD in record time.It was a fascinating
story of what it was like to grow up in the "respectable working class" in another place and time. Now I am on to reading about marsupials.
I also walked in Heritage Park in Sachse, where I saw a hawk and meadowlarks, as well as grown men practicing slow-pitch softball.
