22 and counting
Yesterday I worked at my office, and then headed for home. We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary by going to Bailey's restaurant in Fairview. I had a 6 oz filet mignon which was just right, and a slice of cheesecake that was far too large. I'm very grateful to my wife who has been a tremendous support for me.
We watched a late night showing of the final Harry Potter movie on cable television. We talked of past times and future times.
This afternoon I went to Allen Station Park, a little park about 7 minutes' drive from our home. I saw three
Texas spotted whiptail lizards, which look like this:

I saw lots of butterflies on wildflowers.

I saw thistle in bloom.

I saw water flowing over the railroad dam.

I saw mockingbirds, western kingbirds, cardinals, grackles, and robins, and heard a Carolina chickadee.
I watched the movie Mrs. Miniver on television.
