pantera park

I spent a lot of my day flying west. I like that my small travel laptop is handy for working on a plane. I checked into a hotel at day's end. A helpful hotel clerk told me about a nearby place. I looked it up and learned it was Sycamore Canyon Park. I walked past rabbits and birds called Black Phoebes.

I walked in another park called Pantera Park, where I saw Lesser Goldfinches, House Finches, Western Bluebirds, a chihuahua mix dog in a blue sundress, a Corgi dog who loved to chase a miniature Pinscher who was carrying a ball, and kids at play.

I went for dinner to a place called something like Gourmet Taco that made hand-made tacos on home-made tortillas while one waited. I had three chicken soft tacos, pinto beans and white rice. This was a great meal, and a bit of an upturn from my instant oatmeal breakfast and fiber one bar lunch.

So far I am still at LiveJournal. Perhaps I will do nothing differently. Perhaps I will do nothing differently. Perhaps I will do some things differently, but not others.

I read Asimov's Sci Fi magazine today, which I enjoy.
